Terms of service

By commissioning me, you have read and accepted all of the terms mentioned below.

1. GeneralOnce it's been commissioned, I have the right to add the following work to my portfolio.
You can credit me through Twitter and/or YouTube once it's published.
Unless it's an NDA, I am allowed to use the videos for any of my personal promotional work.

2. ContactPlease contact me via Bluesky (jtr1pp3r.vtubers.social), Discord (jackther1pp3r _ vt), VGen (@JTR_VT) or business mail.The included information is as follows:
- Video type (Shorts or longer video)
- Estimated length
- Main focus on a video (VOD/recording is required)

3. PaymentsI can only accept payment through PayPal.Full payment is made upfront once the product is finalized.There will be no refunds unless I am unable to complete work for any reason.

4. Deadlines and deliveryThe usual work time for YouTube Shorts/TikTok videos is 1-2 days.The estimated time for long-form videos is 1 week.You may ask me for revisions.
For major revisions, you can ask for a specific part that needs to be changed (make sure you have it timestamped). First three of those revisions are free.
For minor revisions, like scaling, positions, font change and color - they are completely free of charge.Files will be delivered via Google Drive.
